1. Room was convenient as it had a fridge, stove and microwave like we wanted so we could cook. 2. Bed was comfortable. 3. Staff was friendly and helpful. 4. Outside pool and spa were nice.

Well maintained indoors and out; top to bottom a lovely experience. Staff was incredible, the in room kitchen had everything we needed, and the personalized warm room welcome was also a nice touch! We will definitely be returning to this hotel for future Pigeon Forge visits!

This is the best hotel in Pigeon forge even if you plan to visit Gatlinburg or Great smoky mountains you can choose to stay here. Someone may think about high price but it is not at all compared to the excellent service, great breakfast and facilities provided in the room. It's more than enough for holidays or vacations. The staff was polite, kind and friendly. I will definitely go back.

The outside & inside of the property is exceptionally clean, the area is perfectly quiet despite being just a couple of minutes from all of the action you want to experience in Pigeon Forge! The bedding was cozy & comfortable- the kitchen has all the amenities of your own home including plates, glasses, silverware, a corkscrew and a can opener. The bathrooms have plenty of towels, wash cloths, shampoo, conditioner & body soap. The staff are very helpful, pleasant and seem to genuinely care that you enjoy your stay.

The hotel was very clean and staff very nice. The location was great and convenient to everything on the parkway. It’s location being on Teaster means convenience with a lot less traffic!! The pool area was beautiful. The breakfast was great. The rooms kitchen area was wonderful!!! The kitchen area had everything you could need. We will stay again!! The scenery was beautiful also.

Wonderful nice clean place to stay. Great breakfast, clean room, staff very nice. Beautiful hotel inside. Our room was like home away from home! Very relaxing….Good location also.
